People decide to seek individual therapy for a variety of reasons at various stages of their lives. Individual therapy is a time to focus on yourself, your strengths, and personal areas of growth. During the initial phase of treatment you and I will collaborate to arrive at a plan for personal and relational growth, healing, and development.
