I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Connecticut State University (GPA-4.0) and attended the Advanced Standing Program in Clinical Social Work at Fordham University (GPA-3.98) I also won the Barnard Award for Academic Achievement. I also take yearly courses to keep up with changes and new ideas for the field. My work experience ranges from working with youth, families, couples, partners, individuals, life transistions (i.e., medical), grief and bereavement, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Domestic Violence, chronic illness, co-occuring disorders, OCD, eating disorders, addiction, phobias, etc., and I provide tools to help you manage your situation. My application of using non-judgmental attitudes towards my patients, conveying empathy, applying and displaying appropriate listening skills, social and life skills and so much more will help to bring out your strengths and empower you to make change! |
